Sensitivities and Allergies

As with all bath and body products, we suggest you do a test patch if you have sensitive skin or allergies. If you develop any sensitivity after the patch test, discontinue use immediately.

If you have any concerns about any of our products or product ingredients, please contact us prior to purchasing. 

Returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we are cannot accept returns or exchanges after the product has been unwrapped or used. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do all possible to rectify the situation.

How is the product packaged?

Soap will arrive either wrapped in clear cellophane or in a clear cellophane bag, branded with the Arkara logo and contain a card or sticker with ingredient details.

Can the products be gift wrapped?

Yes, please select the gift wrapping option.

How long does an order take to process?

Generally your order will be despatched within 2-5  from receiving the order. All candles, and accessories are in stock, and would be despatched immediately. As the soap is hand poured your order may take up to 5 days.

What happens if an order is urgent?

If you require your order to be sent urgently, please place it online and contact us immediately and we will do all we can to accommodate your requirements.

What happens if an order is damaged?

If you order arrives and it is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Why is my soap sweating?

In humid conditions, moisture is attracted from the atmosphere and sits on the surface of the soap. If this occurs just wipe gently with paper towel.

How should I store my products?

We suggest you store your soap products in a cool dry place. We keep our products as natural and as free from preservatives as possible.
